Manufacturing our adhesive solutions in state-of-the-art facilities with advanced technologies has facilitated us to supply our products in prestigious projects. Scapa PE Double-Sided Foam Tape of 2” and 3” were used to seal Aerofoam NBR on pipes and ducts for superior thermal insulation at the Address Hotel located in Marassi Island in Bahrain.
BAPCO Modernization

One of the greatest projects undertaken in Bahrain with the objective of increasing refining capacity and enhancing energy efficiency has been the BAPCO Modernization project in Sitra, Kingdom of Bahrain. We are honored to have played an integral role with the supply of Diamond Alupet Tape used for sealing pre-insulated ducts and Aerofoam XLPE thermal insulation due to long service life of the tape as it is designed with high-quality solvent acrylic adhesive.
American Mission Hospital

At American Mission Hospital in A’ali, one of the biggest towns in Bahrain, the ducting and piping system was insulated with Aerofoam XLPE thermal insulation and Aerofoam N Clad to ensure that the joints are properly covered. Due to severity of the weather, Diamond N Clad Tape was used to secure joints externally as a result of its high durability. Diamond Alupet Tapes were used indoors as it is suitable for all kinds of joints and fittings for piping and ducting inside the buildings.

INDOOR APPLICATION
Diamond Alupet Tape is suitable to seal joints in piping and ducting systems and has been used on Aerofoam XLPE thermal insulation to cover lap joints, face-to-face joints, and corner joints. The Diamond Alupet Tapes used at Al Sahel Resort in Zallaq for Aerofoam XLPE thermal insulation pipes were opted for because of the reinforced PET film backing combined with strong acrylic adhesives and release liner for indoor application.

Diamond PE Foam Tapes are specialized flexible self-adhesive tapes made of NBR elastomeric foam and are generally preferred as a flexible sealant for all kinds of joints and fittings with long lasting performance and hygienic properties. As a result, the 2” and 3” Diamond PE Foam Tapes were ideal for use as a perfect bonding solution and an additional insulation layer on the Aerofoam NBR pipe and duct insulation at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.
